  1. Thanks for your comment, Judy. The board is meeting next week to discuss how much to reduce dues.

  2. Wow! What a colossal waste of money, just another example of why the HOA should be dissolved! I spoke to a neighbor from the other side of the park and their HOA fees are $400.00 a year! I know what you are going to say that we have an extra park and more fence, however we are also 2.5 times bigger then they are so I don’t see the comparison. I have a friend in lochsa falls sub and even with the water features and common areas they still only pay $600.00! I believe Brookwood with a pool even pays less than we do! I am really annoyed that there is nothing about the common areas that is useful, the smaller park has a shade structure and pathetic BBQ (that no ones uses) but nothing else, and the larger one you people keep going out of your way to limit its use to people! There used to be a ton of kids and families that would actually picnic and play volleyball and soccer, and such! Now you have managed to close off the openness, and shut down this summer’s play because there is no volleyball and now no basketball! It would have served everyone better to make a larger picnic type area with more than one table and shade and seating areas so that both subs could hang out and play!
